- Are these shared leads?
- No. Ads run only in your radius and only for your company, and no enquiry is ever sold to anyone else. The reason lead resellers push you to compete on price is that they have sold the same homeowner to four other companies — that is their business model, not an accident.
- I already get leads from Angi. How is this different?
- A shared lead puts you in a race with three other trucks, and the only lever left in a race is price. This is the opposite arrangement: the enquiry is yours alone, it is qualified against ownership, access and timeline before it reaches you, and somebody rings it inside five minutes rather than whenever you get down off the tree.
- How do I know the estimates will be real?
- Because nothing reaches your calendar until it has cleared the filter — property owner, real job, accessible site, real timeline. That is the entire point of the second pillar. You should still expect to quote and to lose some; what you should not expect is to drive forty minutes to a rental.
- What if you send me people outside my area?
- The radius is set with you at the start and the ads are fenced to it. If a job comes in outside the boundary you set, it is not a job we book.
- I am already booked out. Why would I want more work?
- Usually the goal is not more work, it is better work — more clearing and hazard jobs and less low-margin trimming filler. If the calendar is genuinely full at the ticket you want, this is the wrong time and we will say so.
- Can we start in the spring? This is my quiet season.
- That is worth talking through on the call, because it usually points the wrong way: the pipeline built now is the one that carries you through the winter hole, when the crews are idle and the notes are still due.
- Who actually answers the phone?
- Our team, inside five minutes, seven days a week — trained on your service area, your equipment and what you will and will not take on. This is the part you genuinely cannot do yourself, not for lack of ability but because you are thirty feet up a tree with a running saw, which is where you should be.
- How long before it is live?
- About seven days to build, because it is put together around your company rather than dropped on top of it. Realistically live in your market inside a week and a half.
Pricing is set against your market size and radius, so it is a conversation rather than a table on a webpage. We will cover it on the call.
