Highpoint Scaling

The difference

Not an agency. Not a lead reseller.

Two things sell to this trade, and both of them fail it for the same reason — neither one is on the hook for whether your boots end up in a yard.

The estimate is the unit, not the lead

A phone number does not pay for a crew day. Every promise, every number and every weekly report is denominated in on-site estimates, because that is the thing that turns into an invoice.

Nobody else gets your lead

Not resold, not shared, not "distributed to matching pros." The economics of a lead reseller require selling the same homeowner four times over. Ours do not.

Somebody answers on a Sunday

Anyone can run ads. Almost nobody will ring a homeowner back at ten on a Sunday morning. This is the part you genuinely cannot do yourself — not because you are not capable, but because you are thirty feet up a tree with a running saw, which is exactly where you should be.

Your kit, your job sites

The ads use your bucket truck, your crew and a real before-and-after off one of your own takedowns. A homeowner with a dying oak over the conservatory is frightened, not bargain-hunting — they are looking for someone who obviously knows what they are doing. A stock photo of a chainsaw says the opposite.

You will know what a booked estimate costs

Most companies in this trade could not tell you that number, and it is the one that decides whether you can afford to spend more. You get it every week, against what we projected.

The money leak

Every enquiry you never got to was an estimate you never ran.

Put your own numbers in. This is not a projection of what we would do for you — it is what the gap is costing you right now, before anyone has sold you anything.

$1,200

Across removals, trimming and clearing — a rough blended number is fine.

8

Boots in the yard with a clipboard. Not phone calls.

45%

Most of the trade sits between 40 and 60.

5

Never reached, went cold, or booked and never showed.

Leaking, every month

$11,700

That is 22 estimates a month you never ran, and about 9.8 jobs you never quoted.

Your figures, your arithmetic — nothing here is a promise about what we would deliver. What we would actually expect in your market is a conversation, and it depends on your radius and your capacity.

Talk through your numbers

We speak the trade

You can tell in ten seconds whether someone has talked to a tree company before.

Takedown
Not "cutting down trees."
Estimate
Not a "consultation." That is a medspa word.
Crew day
Your cost unit. Everything prices as a fraction of one.
Hazard work
The premium ticket, and why the phone rings at 11pm.
Land clearing
The highest-ticket work you do.
Stump grind
Grinding is the service. Removal is a different job.

We would rather show you the numbers from your own market on a call than put someone else’s testimonial on a webpage.

Find out whether this fits your company.

An eight minute call. We take your numbers, tell you what we would do, and tell you plainly if it is not a fit.
